So, here’s the thing: 

Push ups, I can do, no problem. Granted, they’re on my knees, but it’s still nothing out of the ordinary. 

But yoga is seriously kicking my ass. Plank and downward dog destroy me every time. 

That being said, my hamstrings are so much more flexible, along with basically the rest of my lower body. 

Week 2

2 sets of: 10 pushups (20 total)

      10 situps (20 total)

      25 kicks  (50 total)

shadowboxing for at least one song (4 minutes minimum) and half of another (for minimum of 6 minutes)

Morning of Day Three

and already my arms hate me. 

On the one hand, I’m frustrated because I let myself slip this far. 

On the other hand, I have hope, since I know I’ve done this before, back when I had less determination and lower self-esteem.
